IoD Corporate Health Plan

Additional Module: Westfield Surgery Choices

Waiting for a surgical procedure can be a stressful and expensive time for both you and your employees, sometimes resulting in long periods of absence from work.

From just an extra £1.24* per employee, per week, you can give your staff the reassurance that if they are unable to obtain speedy access to treatment through the NHS, they can access treatment quickly with their Westfield Surgery Choices cover. Helping you to get your key staff back to work sooner whilst minimising disruption in the workplace.

Employees will be covered for 60 different surgical procedures normally classed by the NHS as non-urgent, including:

  • Gynaecological conditions
  • Hernias
  • Tonsil problems
  • Hip replacement
  • Knee problems
  • Gallstones
  • Slipped discs
  • Varicose veins

These surgical procedures target those conditions that commonly cause long absences from work. Good news for both you and your employees.

Westfield Surgery Choices is different from Private Medical Insurance and is designed to complement your Westfield Healthcare Plan cover.
