With over 20 years’ experience in client-centric HR environments, Vicky is a solution-oriented leader who has a natural ability to build relationships among a diverse range of people at all levels. Her priority is to look after Westfield Health's people so they can deliver the best possible service. She's responsible for delivering the strategic vision, creating a people focused plan, making Westfield Health a top 100 employer and achieving the Investors in People Gold standard.

Julian brings a wealth of customer service and insurance claims management to the team. As Director of Operations & Transformation, Julian is responsible for all customer facing activities and claims handling. He's constantly on the lookout for ways to enhance the customer experience by making it as easy as possible for customers to use our products and services.

High Five Health Promotion joined the Westfield Health Group in 2019 and operate more than 60 corporate fitness and wellbeing centres in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. As CEO, Bart is instrumental in delivering personalised on-site fitness facilities and wellbeing services to their clients.

Bart is a sports enthusiast and is passionate about using vitality, health and fitness to improve people’s lives. He leads by example, inspiring his people to focus on their personal development and seek out new experiences.
