How do I access it?

To access the 24 Hour Advice and Information Line:

Call the telephone number listed in your plan guide, or log in to My Westfield.
(Call charges may apply)

You’ll be asked for your Westfield Health scheme number (which is different to your Account Number).

  • To help overcome life’s mental and financial wellbeing challenges the plan holder has access to online tools including a progressive app – Wisdom. With Wisdom there is live chat and support, you are able to specify preferences and topics to populate a personalised newsfeed and account with tailored resources, tools and learning materials. These include weekly mood trackers, four-week plans that can be worked through by you using the app, mini health checks and webinars.

Services available include:

  • Life support: Access to counselling for emotional problems and support on issues such as stress, anxiety, family problems, depression, relationships, problems at work and substance misuse
  • Legal information: For issues that cause anxiety or distress including debt management, consumer, property or neighbour disputes
  • Bereavement support: Qualified and experienced counsellors will help with grief plus access to legal advisors to help with related legal matters
  • Medical information: Qualified nurses are on hand to offer support on a range of medical or health-related issues offering practical information and advice

Wisdom App

For the policyholder only, access to online resources via Wisdom app and wellbeing portal to help overcome life’s mental and financial wellbeing challenges with a large library of wellbeing resources, giving access to podcasts, videos, guides, webinars, factsheets, self-help programmes, interactive tools and educational resources and articles. Wisdom users are able to specify preferences and topics to populate a personalised newsfeed and account with tailored resources, tools and learning materials.

Structured counselling sessions

Many of our health cash plans include access of up to 6 structured counselling sessions, for the plan holder only. The telephone counsellor will arrange the sessions if they think that it would benefit you. Where counselling sessions are part of the cash plan, it covers the cost of up to 6 sessions in a 12-month period, per issue. These sessions can be delivered face-to-face, telephone or online. The counsellor may also offer you a digital Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) self-guided learning course; these 30 different programmes are supported by sessions with counsellors.
