About the plan
Now your employees can access counselling and information with EASE, our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
This service provides a 24hr Freephone Counselling and Information Line giving immediate access to confidential advice from a team of friendly, qualified Counsellors, Medical Advisors and Lawyers.
Telephone Counselling
Counsellors are available day or night to help with issues such as:
- Stress
- Money management
- Anxiety
- Relationships
- Depression
- Bereavement
Face to Face Counselling & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
If recommended by the telephone counsellor, up to 6 face to face counselling or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) sessions can be arranged.
Health and Wellbeing Information
A team of nurses and doctors are available to provide information on a range of health and lifestyle concerns such as:
- Diet and exercise
- Caring for the elderly
- Patient rights
- Medical symptoms/conditions
- Stopping smoking
- Pre-travel advice

Experienced legal professionals can help with matters such as:
