Employee Assistance Programme

EASE – an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) can be used in conjunction with existing healthcare plans or as a stand alone product to help you meet your duty of care responsibilities.

EASE gives your employees access to professional information and counselling on a wide range of legal, medical and domestic issues.

Purchasing EASE for your employees could help you:

All counselling, medical and legal information is provided by FirstAssist Services Ltd. If necessary, individuals may be referred for advice outside this programme. The cost of which is not covered by this service.
