
EASE – an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) can be used in conjunction with existing healthcare plans or as a stand alone product to help you meet your duty of care responsibilities.
EASE gives your employees access to professional information and counselling on a wide range of legal, medical and domestic issues.

All counselling, medical and legal information is provided by FirstAssist Services Ltd. If necessary, individuals may be referred for advice outside this programme. The cost of which is not covered by this service.
Westfield Health is an organisational member of the UK EAP Association.
"An employer who provides an EAP or some other form of confidential advice service, with referral to appropriate counselling or treatment services, is unlikely to be in breach of their duty of care."
