It is our job to encourage the wellbeing of underprivileged people around the world and by introducing Westfield’s cash plan here at our headquarters, we really are practising what we preach.

It’s great to have the Foresight Plan – not all workplaces provide healthcare cover and I think our staff value that.
When advertising vacancies, it is good to be able to have the plan to back up our job offer, and it does attract people, especially in this day and age with waiting lists for treatments being so long.

In conjunction with Almac's Occupational Health Service a number of employees have individually benefited from the plan by being fast-tracked for consultations and MRI scans for appropriate diagnosis and follow-up treatment.
