Foresight: Look after employees’ little ones...

Additional module: For Kids

A child's illness can be a worrying and stressful time for a parent, resulting in a lack of focus and time taken off work. For Kids cover could be a valuable aid to recruitment and retention by providing diagnostic consultations and therapy treatments for employees' children, as well as providing cash benefits towards the cost of their dental and optical expenses!

Kids cover: at a glance

For just an extra 15p per employee, per week you can select For Kids cover for those employees with dependent children*. Alternatively you can choose to select cover for your whole workforce at a discounted premium of 7p per employee, per week.

  • 100% reimbursement on cash benefits, up to set limits
  • Children's pre-existing medical conditions are covered
  • Immediate cover - employees can claim for their children as soon as their cover starts!**
  • Employees' children will receive For Kids cover on the same plan level chosen for staff.
  • What's more, if employees choose to upgrade their level of cover, their For Kids cover will be automatically upgraded to the same level, at no extra cost!
