For Kids cover could be a valuable aid to recruitment and retention by providing therapy treatments and diagnostic consultations for your employees’ children, as well as providing cash benefits towards the cost of their dental and optical expenses!
For just an extra 20p per employee, per week you can provide cover for your employees’ dependent children* too.
Benefit allowances are shared between your dependent children. For Kids cannot be purchased independently of a corporate paid Westfield Healthcare Plan and is available on a corporate paid basis only.

* A dependent child is defined as: resident in the UK for a minimum of six months each year and is your employee’s child, or is their partner’s child, a child that your employee/their partner have legally adopted or have legal guardianship of and are under 18 years old and unmarried and living with your employee or be financially dependent on them.
** In the case of therapy treatments, the amounts shown represent a combined total for all the treatments. This amount can be used for any one, or combination of treatments.
