Whether they're coping with bereavement, dealing with debt or simply wish to seek nutritional advice - your employees can feel free to talk in complete confidence to our team of qualified Counsellors, Lawyers or Medical Advisors - they're there to help anytime, 365 days a year.

Up to 6 face-to-face counselling sessions for the policyholder.

Low cost and simple to set up, EASE can help you to manage your company's risk by helping you to meet your 'duty of care' for your staff, satisfy any health and safety guidelines you may face and can help lower the risk of stress and musculoskeletal related litigation in conjunction with a robust stress policy and line manager training.
All counselling, medical and legal advice is provided by FirstAssist Services Ltd. If necessary, individuals may be referred for advice outside this programme. The cost of which is not covered by this service.
