Special Offer - Terms and Conditions

1. Entry is based on successful applicants who join the Good4you Health Cash Plan online during September 2010
2. The promotion is only open to residents of the UK, Isle of Man and Jersey, aged 18 or over, and excludes employees of Westfield Health and their immediate families
3. Only one application per person
4. The prize is a Nintendo Wii and Wii Fit
5. There is only one prize to be won
6. There is no monetary equivalent
7. The prize is as stated and is non transferable and subject to availability
8. Westfield Health reserves the right to substitute the prize if circumstances make this necessary
9. Entries close at the end of September 2010
10. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date
11. The winner will be contacted individually within 30 days of the draw by telephone, or by other method of communication (such method to be at the discretion of Westfield) if it has not been possible to contact the winner within that time period.
12. Should Westfield be unable to make contact with the winner within 30 days of the prize draw, or should the winner fail to claim his or her prize within 30 days of the date of the prize draw, the winner will not be permitted thereafter to claim the prize, after which time Westfield reserves the right to reallocate the prize to an alternative prize draw winner.
13. Winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by Westfield Health or its Agencies
14. By entering this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of the promoter, which are final, No correspondence will be entered into
15. Westfield Health will not be responsible for the non inclusion of entries as a result of a technical failure or otherwise, including any such failure which is within control of Westfield Health or its Agencies
