How does the plan work?

• Simply pay a set monthly amount by direct debit
• Receive and pay for your health treatment as normal
• Complete a claim form and send it to us, together with any supporting information
• We will pay your money directly into your bank or building society account!

Cover is also provided for your partner and dependent children for some benefits and services at no extra cost!

Our commitment to you

• We aim to process 100% of correctly presented claims within 5 working days of receipt
• Health cover for life – unlike some health insurance products, your premium will not increase just because you get older
