Registration
To become a partner of Westfield Health you’ll first need to register with us.

Complete and submit the contact us page and we’ll call you back
We’ll go through the registration process with you. Once you’ve registered, we will send you your registration number and your unique login to access our Intermediary Support Zone – so you can start to enjoy the benefits of working with Westfield Health!
Company set ups
Once registered, you’ll receive Intermediary Company Registration forms which will enable you to join companies onto a Westfield Plan. Further copies can be obtained by logging on to our Intermediary Support Zone or by contacting the Intermediary Support Team.
