As a Westfield policyholder you and your resident family have guaranteed access to the DoctorLine™ service, which gives you 24/7 telephone consultations with a GP.

With DoctorLine™ you can:

  • Talk to a GP for as long as you need, at a time convenient to you - simply call DoctorLine™ and arrange for a GP to call you back*
  • Get confidential advice, information and reassurance whether you are at home or abroad**
  • Discuss any health query from surgical procedures, diseases, injuries and prescription medicines to new treatment, foreign travel, exercise and nutrition
  • Have your symptoms diagnosed and get recommendations for next steps
  • Call the service as often as you like

With your consent a report of the telephone consultation can be forwarded to your GP within 2 working days, if required.

DoctorLine™ is also referred to by Westfield Health as GP Telephone Consultation Service. DoctorLine™ is provided on behalf of Westfield Health by Medical Solutions UK Ltd., 44 Finchampstead Road, Wokingham, Berkshire, RG40 2NN.

Please note this is not an emergency service. The DoctorLine™ service is not intended to replace the personal care offered by your own Doctor and cannot be used to obtain a referral for treatment that can be claimed under the plan.

*You only pay for the cost of the call to book the appointment. For your protection calls will be recorded. Please be assured that all consultations remain confidential.
