EEF chooses Westfield Health cash plan

 

The manufacturers’ organisation, EEF, has named Westfield Health as its chosen partner provider to offer a health cash plan to its 6,000 member companies.

EEF has launched the exclusive EEF Cash Plan, which brings together a blend of healthcare benefits and services on a corporate-paid basis.

The plan is available to all EEF member companies with five or more employees to purchase for their staff, from as little as £1 per employee, per week.

Voted the UK’s number one support organisation for the last five years, EEF wanted to add a high quality, low cost healthcare product to their EEF Advantages package for members and appointed Westfield after a rigorous selection process.

Kathy Riley, EEF Commercial Director, said: “The EEF Cash Plan is exactly what we were looking for – a great, affordable way to encourage proactive employee health and to provide a valuable employee benefit.

The EEF Cash Plan enables employees to claim money back towards the cost of essential healthcare such as dental treatment, eye care, therapy treatments and specialist consultations. It also provides access to additional healthcare services, such as diagnostic scanning, an Employee Assistance Programme and GP telephone consultations.
