Westfield shortlisted for two local business awards
Westfield’s high levels of customer service and dedication to maintaining a healthy and happy workforce have been recognised with shortlistings for two prestigious business awards.
The Sheffield-based health insurance provider has been recognised in the Excellence in Customer Service and Employer of the Year categories at the 2012 Star Business Awards.

“Both customer service and ensuring our workforce is happy and healthy are at the heart of our ethos and we continually strive to innovate, working with our employees and policyholders alike to ensure ongoing satisfaction. “
The shortlist announcement follows Westfield becoming a finalist at the UK Institute of Customer Service (ICS) Awards in the Quality Service Provider of the Year category earlier this year and a win at the Barnsley & Rotherham Business Awards 2011 in the ‘Excellence in Customer Service’ category.
The company has also recently achieved a ServiceMark accreditation, and was rated ‘world class’ for customer satisfaction by the ICS following a survey of Westfield customers based on the UK Customer Satisfaction Index.
The awards ceremony will take place at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre, Sheffield, on 27 September 2012.
