Kier Sheffield LLP – Advantage Plan
Leading repair and maintenance company Kier Sheffield LLP introduced the Advantage Plan to its workforce as a way of cutting sickness absence and providing employees with access to healthcare benefits such as physiotherapy and chiropractic treatment.
Tracy Archer, Senior HR Business Partner at Kier LLP, said: "Since we introduced the Advantage Plan, it has proven very useful to both the business and our workforce in getting employees back to work earlier.
