How does a Health Cash Plan work?

  • Choose your level of cover
  • Pay a set monthly amount by Direct Debit
  • Receive and pay for your health treatment as normal
  • Complete a claim form and send it to us, together with any supporting information
  • We will process your claim and pay your money back directly into your bank account

  • We aim to process 100% of correctly presented claims within four working days of receipt
  • Health cover for life - unlike some health insurance products, your premium will not increase just because you get older
