  1. Entry is based on successful applicants who join the Good4you Health Cash Plan online before midnight on the 31st of May 2013.
  2. The promotion is only open to residents of the UK, Isle of Man and Jersey, aged 18 or over, and excludes employees of Westfield Health and their immediate families.
  3. Only one application per person.
  4. The prize is an Apple iPad 16 GB WiFi (3rd Generation).
  5. There is one prize to be won.
  6. The prize must be claimed by 31st December 2012.
  7. There is no monetary equivalent.
  8. The prize is as stated and is non transferable and subject to availability.
  9. Westfield Health reserves the right to substitute the prize if circumstances make this necessary.
  10. Entries close at midnight on the 31st of May 2013.
  11. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
  12. The winner will be contacted individually within 30 days of the draw by telephone.
  13. Winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by Westfield Health or its Agencies.
