We do that by delivering evidence-based health and wellbeing solutions that support people, communities and workplaces to be healthier. We know that healthy people are happier and more productive, and our vision is to work with like-minded people and businesses to inspire healthy choices.
Who we are
We are a group of people passionate about health and wellbeing. From our roots in health cash plans, we have expanded our reach to empower people to take a proactive and preventative approach to their health and wellbeing.
We recognise the role we play in embedding health and wellbeing into everyday life; both for our own colleagues and for the people we work with. We lead by example by offering our colleagues leading health and wellbeing initiatives to make them feel supported and recognised whilst at work. This ensures we are best placed to offer the right products and services to our customers’ needs.
Our brand new giving-back strategy allows us to make a healthy difference to even more lives. We demonstrate our commitment to our company purpose and the Westfield Way by taking action on some of the biggest social and environmental challenges facing the world today.

As a group, we’re always looking for new ways to innovate and help people lead healthier, happier lives.
In 2018, we acquired UK Healthcare, a UK based health cash plan provider, to strengthen our proposition in the UK.
In 2019 High Five Health Promotion, market-leaders in the European wellness industry, were welcomed into the group. High Five provide end-to-end health and wellbeing services across Europe.

Being awarded UK Employer of the Year 2022: Gold 250+ as well as achieving Investors in People Gold for several consecutive years is something we’re incredibly proud of. It’s external validation that we’re all working together to make sure Westfield Health continues to be a great place to work.

Our commitment to giving
Giving back is in our nature. It’s the reason we come to work every day.
We donate up to 1% of our annual Group turnover every year to causes that align with our purpose to make a healthy difference to quality of life. We’re proud to say that we’ve donated over £15,000,000 since 1966 to causes that support peoples’ health and wellbeing.
Our commitment to giving goes beyond donations, as our staff have the opportunity to volunteer for many worthy causes throughout the year, currently supporting communities across the UK.
