As part of the Health & Wellbeing Leaders’ Summit on 22nd May, we welcomed thought leaders and senior business decisions makers to Westfield Health to discuss the link between wellbeing and performance.
Focusing on the ‘four pillars of performance’ approach, the group had taster workshops on mindset and nutrition followed by interactive sessions on movement and performance with Westfield Health’s own Performance Coach, Levi Crew.
The questions and common themes from the morning workshops then formed the basis of the afternoon panel discussion where EXOS President, Jeff Terril, Westfield Health CEO, Dave Capper, and Director of the Advanced Centre for Wellbeing, Professor Rob Copeland, shared their perspectives.
Using both the morning and afternoon sessions, we’ve captured the main points and top tips our panellists and attendees shared on how to created a healthy, happy and high-performing workforce.
We've also pulled together region specific statistics on productivity in this fact sheet.
