Your benefit balance is the amount of money you have to claim for each benefit.

You can check this online via My Westfield or by emailing us at enquiries@westfieldhealth.com.

Get your claims paid directly into your bank account

Direct credit is the quickest and easiest way for you to get your money back. To set this up, contact our friendly Customer Care Team at enquiries@westfieldhealth.com or sign in to My Westfield.
