Health insurer makes national shortlist of ‘trusted’ companies
Westfield Health has been announced as a finalist in a national awards ceremony, joining a shortlist of ‘companies that consumers in Britain really trust’.
The not for profit health insurer, based in Sheffield, is one of six finalists in the Most Trusted Health Insurance Provider category of this year’s Moneywise Customer Service Awards.
Moneywise is the UK’s leading personal finance magazine. Now in its sixth year, the awards survey received responses from almost 35,000 consumers, voting for their ‘most trustworthy and reliable’ UK financial services companies*.
Westfield Health Executive Director Julie Gill said: “Customer satisfaction has always been at the core of everything we do and, through continuous investment, training and development, we strive to give our policyholders an unrivalled service.
“Making the grade on the Moneywise awards shortlist alongside household names such as Tesco, HSBC, M&S, Amazon and Sky – as well as national competitors from our own industry – shows just how valuable our commitment to providing world class customer service really is.”
Westfield Health is a previous winner of the British Quality Foundation Customer Satisfaction Award and has been recognised as providing ‘world class’ customer service by the Institute of Customer Service.
The Moneywise winners will be announced at a gala event in London on June 12.
