Rovers score equipment thanks to Westfield Health
Westfield Health have teamed up with Doncaster Rovers Football Club to enable visually impaired supporters to get closer to the action at the Keepmoat Stadium.
We have donated brand new audio commentary equipment, which means that supporters can take advantage of match commentary which is provided by longstanding regulars Harry Smith and Harvey Wiles.
Andrew Whitham, Head of Commercial Affairs, said: “Westfield Health have kindly sponsored this equipment which is vital to our visually impaired fans who want to interact with games at the Keepmoat Stadium. The upgrade in quality will provide a better service and an improved experience of attending Rovers home games.”
Our Chairman Graham Moore said: “We are delighted to be helping visually impaired football fans to listen to commentary and get the best out of the match. It is important that everyone feels included in society and we hope that this equipment will go some way to achieving this.
