COVID-19 - Latest updates from Westfield Health - View our resource centre

Our Divided Together Reports have shown how employees are feeling and how HR leaders are responding to the challenges presented by Covid-19. This gives useful insight into the general working population in the UK, but how can you better understand what is happening to your own unique workforce?

We would like to invite you to take part in an exclusive new survey, conducted by Westfield Health in association with the Advanced Wellbeing Research Centre at Sheffield Hallam University, that will explore the impact of home working on the wellbeing of your employees during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The study comprises a simple 10-minute questionnaire for employees to complete online. Areas covered by the survey include emotional and physical demands of the job, personal development, control and autonomy, clarity of tasks, conflict, sense of community and social support from colleagues, leadership & line management, communications, job security, job satisfaction, work-life conflict, stress and physical symptoms.

As a result of participating in the survey, you’ll receive a personalised report that provides you with insights into the particular challenges faced by your workforce, enabling you to implement more impactful interventions and make a real difference to the health and wellbeing of your people.

If you have a large percentage of staff currently working from home and would like to find out more about this opportunity, please complete the below form and Lead Researcher Kate Platts will get in touch for an informal chat about the study and how you can get involved.
