Westfield Health takes home top prize for customer service

Westfield Health has won the Excellence in Customer Service award at the Sheffield Business Awards for the second year running.

Sponsored by Robin Hood Airport Doncaster Sheffield, the category recognises businesses that have used a customer service strategy to have a ‘positive and measurable effect’ on the business.

Julie Gill, our Executive Director – Operations, said: “We’re immensely proud to have won this award once again.

“As a not for profit organisation we pride ourselves on our ‘Yorkshire spirit’ and work exceptionally hard to ensure that all of our customers have the best possible experience and remain consistently satisfied.

“Our customer service strategy is based upon ‘great people delivering great service’. We work together as a team and have the courage to do the right thing. And we always make time to listen to our customers to learn how we can make their experiences of Westfield Health even better.”
