What are the signs of a toxic workplace culture?
(Tick all that apply)
Incorrect
Correct
There are many things that can suggest you are dealing with a toxic workplace culture. It’s difficult to spot these behaviours when you are in the environment, and often it takes somebody from the outside to point them out for you to realise you have a problem. However, there are metrics you can look at to spot any anomalies and trends that might suggest that your culture isn’t quite right.
Whilst seeing your staff challenge behaviours can seem like confrontation, this is actually a positive indicator of an open and honest culture.
