Why did you choose a Health Cash Plan as part of your employee benefits package?

Longer than usual wait times for appointments to see a GP, dentists and other required health assessments were having an impact on general life for our employees.

We were introduced to Westfield Health as members of the Isle of Wight Chamber of Commerce. The cash plan means that we are able to book health appointments at a time to suit us, and often within a few days, bypassing the 3- 6 month wait times we’ve experienced when trying to book for the same treatment through the NHS.

All our wellbeing has been improved since we signed up to the Westfield Health plan. The DoctorLine app is a huge help to chat to a GP on the same day and avoid the 8am GP telephone queue!
