What wellbeing solutions were you looking for when you approached Westfield Health?
We were seeking some workshops to raise awareness, signpost to further assistance and provide support for managers to deal with a range of wellbeing matters. The topics we were looking for support with included menopause awareness, men’s health awareness and handling difficult conversations.
How did our wellbeing workshops help your people?
Our staff and managers have been extremely complimentary about the workshops and support sessions. The sense of wellbeing that it created simply by having these sessions on offer is immense. Staff have felt valued and supported through some very challenging times during the Covid-19 pandemic with the help of the Westfield Health services and workshops.
What did you like about our approach?
We already have regular contact with our Westfield Account Manager, Helena, so it made sense for us to approach you. Helena has always been so responsive and supportive that it made life very easy to ask if she could assist us. Helena took a collaborative approach with us to develop the right solution. I liked this very much and it meant that we got great value from the tailored sessions.
