- To qualify for the free pre-recorded webinar(s), the Health and Lifestyle Screening Day(s) must be booked by 30 September 2025 and must take place by 31 December 2025.
- The pre-recorded webinar will be on a topic relevant to the results of the screening day(s) or the Client’s choice from our list of over 50 topics. Topics include but are not limited to: Lowering your blood pressure without medications, mental health awareness, money, happiness and wellbeing, neurodiversity, nutrition and healthy eating, women’s health, men’s health and more.
- Topics that are not available as a pre-recorded Wellbeing Webinar are: Financial wellbeing, dealing with bereavement, and suicide awareness.
- The pre-recorded webinars need to be delivered to the Client within two months of the screening day(s) taking place.
- Westfield Health will provide the Client with a link to access the webinar recording, which is valid for one month. The pre-recorded webinar link will be provided to the Client at a date agreed upon by both parties.
- After the Health and Lifestyle Screenings have been carried out, Westfield Health will provide the Client with an anonymised report about the health profile of the Client’s organisation. A minimum of 10 employee screenings are required to supply the report and maintain employee anonymity.
- This offer is available for purchases of Health and Lifestyle Screening Days from 1 July 2025 until 30 September 2025.
- No cash alternatives. The offer is subject to availability and non-transferable.
