We are a group of people passionate about health and wellbeing. From our roots in health cash plans, we have expanded our reach to empower people to take a proactive and preventative approach to their health and wellbeing.

As a group, we’re always looking for new ways to innovate and help people lead healthier, happier lives.
In 2018, we acquired UK Healthcare, a UK based health cash plan provider, to strengthen our proposition in the UK.
In 2019 High Five Health Promotion, market-leaders in the European wellness industry, were welcomed into the group. High Five provide end-to-end health and wellbeing services across Europe.Find out more

We donate an average of £750,000 every year to causes that align with our purpose to make a healthy difference to quality of life. We’re proud to say that we’ve donated over £15,000,000 in the last 20 years alone.
Our commitment to giving goes beyond our charitable trust. Our staff have the opportunity to volunteer for many worthy causes throughout the year supporting the health and wellbeing of communities across the UK.
