I use it regularly for my glasses, I’ve also used it for an osteopath and chiropractor – it’s a quick and simple way to get the cash back for these costs outside your normal GP services. I can’t recommend the plan enough to anyone.
The app is so easy to use and there are no long forms to complete. I literally pay for the goods/services, take a picture of the receipt, upload it to the app and voilà! Money back in my bank account within a few days. In 2019 I used my Westfield Health plan to access 6 free sessions of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I called the helpline on the Monday and by the Wednesday they had paired me up with a counsellor who was based a short 15-minute drive from my house. To access mental health support and get the help I needed so quickly and face-to-face was incredibly valuable.
I have used Westfield services several times. In my experience the service has been great! Last year I was really stressed and needed someone to talk to and I found the counselling sessions incredibly helpful which resulted in me having the best wedding day ever!

I have utilised the Chamber Cash Plan with Westfield often. It’s mainly for my optical and dental expenses. The prescription for my glasses changes quite regularly so it is a huge relief knowing the cost will be covered for me. I have found the use of the app to be particularly good as it makes the claims process quick and easy.
