Health screenings are a great way to better understand your employees’ health and wellbeing. We offer a variety of health screening programmes to suit businesses of all sizes, from MOT checks to 20-minute lifestyle screenings. This allows us to support companies and their people to take a proactive approach towards health and wellbeing, with the aim of reducing health risks.
Once you’ve chosen the option that best suits your needs, we’ll create your programme and provide you with booking sheets and supporting materials. All sessions are delivered onsite at your workplace to minimise disruption to your employees' working day. You simply promote the programme to your people and book them onto their appointment. We’ll do the rest.
All attendees of the health and lifestyle screenings will get free access to our Wellbeing Resources website for one month, to support your people in taking action following their appointment. The website covers 16 popular wellbeing topics, each with a video, podcast, fact sheets, interactive tools and a personal training plan.
Following your employee health screenings*, we'll provide you with a high-level company report, which is completely anonymous, to be used as an audit tool and develop your wellbeing priorities. You’ll also be provided with a year-on-year analysis of health profile changes and trends when annual screening programmes are carried out.
*A minimum of 10 employee screenings are required to supply the report and maintain employee anonymity.
