With over 20 years’ experience in client-centric HR environments, Vicky is a solution-oriented leader who has a natural ability to build relationships among a diverse range of people at all levels. Her priority is to look after Westfield Health's people so they can deliver the best possible service. She's responsible for delivering the strategic vision, creating a people focused plan, making Westfield Health a top 100 employer and achieving the Investors in People Gold standard.

Mark has over 30 years’ experience in financial services with the last 20 years focused on the health insurance market, including leading operations, sales and developing new propositions. Mark is responsible for leading Westfield’s Insurance business focusing on growing the business in the corporate market, developing new propositions and providing the best customer experience.

High Five Health Promotion joined the Westfield Health Group in 2019 and operate more than 60 corporate fitness and wellbeing centres in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. As Managing Director of Wellbeing, Bart is instrumental in delivering personalised on-site fitness facilities and wellbeing services to their clients.

Bart is a sports enthusiast and is passionate about using vitality, health and fitness to improve people’s lives. He leads by example, inspiring his people to focus on their personal development and seek out new experiences.
