1. When a Client purchases Westfield Health’s Annual Wellbeing Plan or Health Calendar, the Client will be entitled to receive one Wellbeing Webinar for their employees free of charge.
  2. The offer is limited to one free Wellbeing Webinar per organisation.
  3. The Wellbeing Webinar is available for up to 100 of the Client’s employees.
  4. The Wellbeing Webinar topic and delivery date will be agreed by both the Client and Westfield Health from Westfield Health’s choice of available topics and dates.
  5. By purchasing an Annual Wellbeing Plan or Health Calendar the Client will have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
  6. No cash alternatives. The offer is subject to availability and non-transferable.
  7. Westfield Health reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time.
  8. Westfield Health will not be held liable for any failure to fulfil obligations of any third parties involved in this offer.
