Extra Help and Support

If you or a family member needs extra help, we’re here for you. We can support a range of access needs, including large print, and help with claims or understanding your cover.

If you want a family member, friend or carer to talk to us on your behalf, you can add them as a third-party representative.

With your permission, they can:

  • Discuss your policy or claims
  • Provide information for you
  • Receive updates

They can’t change your cover or payment details unless you allow this.

You can add a representative by completing our Third-Party Consent Form and returning this to us at [email protected] or by calling us to give verbal permission. You can change or remove this at any time.
