What were you looking for in a wellbeing solution and provider?
We were looking for a value-added product for our staff that we could offer them in addition to their standard salary and pension package. The cash plan was a perfect fit for us.
We chose Westfield as they were recommended to us, and after our own enquiries we decided that the offering was exactly what we were looking for. The ease of joining the scheme initially was a big plus as a large admin requirement can be offputting.
What do your employees think about the cash plan?
The plan is very easy to use and our colleagues are happy with the benefits included in the cash plan. It is easy for us to add and remove joiners and leavers to the scheme.
Staff are very happy with the easy claims procedure and the swift payment of the claims. We have not had any negative feedback from staff about the cash plan — as busy owners, that is a big bonus for us.
