Telephone counselling – counsellors are there to help if you’re concerned with issues such as stress, family difficulties, bereavement, anxiety, problems at work and depression

Legal information – experienced legal professionals are available to help with issues such as debt, matrimonial and family problems, property, consumer disputes and motoring

Health and wellbeing information – a team of nurses and doctors provide information on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues including medical symptoms and conditions, childhood illnesses, reducing alcohol consumption, diet and exercise, caring for the elderly and stopping smoking

Face to face counselling/Cognitive Behavioural Therapy sessions

Many of our health cash plans include access up to 6 face to face counselling or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) sessions, when recommended by a telephone counsellor. Please check your welcome letter and plan guide to see if you’re covered.

CBT can be used to treat health conditions such as phobias, depression, anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder.
