The importance of sleep

The secrets of sleep dream team

Our Sleep Ambassador, James Wilson, is about to appear on our screens in an upcoming TV documentary series.

The Secrets of Sleep, airs on Wednesday the 21st June at 10pm on More4.

The documentary style series will run for 3 weeks every Wednesday from the 21st of June to the 5th July and follows the personal journeys of 12 of the nation’s worst sleepers as a group of experts, including James, help them to try and conquer their chronic sleep disorders.

We’re really thrilled to be working with James and this represents a really exciting time for him and our partnership together.

As our resident sleep expert he’s been supporting our staff to live well and achieve better sleep health.

We want every business to benefit, so together we’ve developed a unique sleep programme for business, Sleep Well, Work Well.

Sleep is a prevalent issue, particularly in the workplace and the link to productivity. In fact, Britain is losing around 200,000 working days a year due to poor sleep, costing the country billions of pounds.*

Sleep Well, Work Well utilises positive sleep behavioural and environmental change techniques to help your people sleep better, boost productivity and enable them to perform to their best.
