How to check your benefit balance
Your benefit balance is the amount of money you have to claim for each benefit.
You can access your benefit balances by signing in to My Westfield. Once signed in, depending on your plan, select either ‘Your balance’ or ‘Benefit balances’.
Get your claims paid directly into your bank account
Direct Credit is the quickest and easiest way to receive your money back. You can set this up online through My Westfield as part of the claims process or by completing the Direct Credit section on your claim form.
Accessing your health and wellbeing services
As well as money back and cash payouts, your cover provides access to valuable health services, to keep you at your fit and healthy best.

Use your plan worldwide
You can even use some of your cover for emergencies when abroad. For example, if you damage your glasses whilst overseas, you can still claim towards the optician’s costs, up to the limits of your plan. We ask that all relevant documentation relating to your claim is in English. See Worldwide cover section of the plan guide for more information.
