How to check your benefit balance
Your benefit balance is the amount of money you have to claim for each benefit.
There are four easy ways to check this:
- Phone – 0114 250 2000 (8am-6pm, Mon-Fri except Christmas Eve and public holidays)
- Online – sign in or register for My Westfield
- Text message – text 07781 472 000 and follow the instructions (optical, dental and chiropody benefits)
- iPhone app – download our free app from the apple store

Get your claims paid directly into your bank account
Direct credit is the quickest and easiest way for you to get your money back. To set this up, contact our friendly Customer Care Team on 0114 250 2000 or sign in to My Westfield.

Use your plan worldwide
You can use your cover when travelling abroad too. So, if you're overseas and need to visit a dentist, you can still claim money back. Just claim in the usual way, making sure that all relevant documentation relating to your claim is provided to us in English.
