Westfield Health website wins international honour
Westfield Health’s new website has won international recognition after being named as one of Sitefinity’s ‘top 5 websites of the month’.
The Sitefinity Website of the Month Awards recognise creativity, user experience and application of the latest Sitefinity content management features and functionality.
The accolade comes just weeks after Westfield Health unveiled its new look site, following the company’s major rebrand in 2013.
Head of marketing Ruth Connor said: “We’re delighted to have our new site win this award. It is not only recognition for the months of hard work that went in, but also the new customer led approach we are taking to web development.”
Using customer insight, the Westfield Health team developed nine web personas representing the different users of the website to create ‘customer journeys’.
They then worked with a specialist user experience agency to develop the wireframes before building the new site internally.
Ruth added: “It takes more effort to work this way but recognition like this shows it was worth it. Look out for further developments to our website, coming soon.”
