Volunteering is an important part of our Westfield Way. We encourage our people to make a difference to any cause that has an impact. We’ve found that when people have the freedom to support causes they care about, it’s good for them, and it’s good for us. It helps build a workplace where empathy, connection, and collaboration are prioritised.
