Why hasn't my claim been paid?
We may need more information to help us pay your claim, which could delay things a little. Perhaps you've already reached your maximum benefit balance? Did you send us a credit card receipt? As we only accept receipts for cash or debit card payments, this could be a reason. We always work hard to pay your claim as quickly as possible, so we'll be in touch.
