With the cost of living rising, it’s more important than ever to make sure you’re getting the most out of your Health Cash Plan.

From as little as £8.09 per month, our Good4you health cash plan can offer you cash back on everyday health expenses and access to health and wellbeing services.

Here are some answers to a few of the most common questions we receive from our customers to help you get the most from your plan.

How do I log in to My Westfield?

It’s really quick and easy to log in. Go to My Westfield, then in the ‘Sign into My Westfield’ section enter your email address and your password.

Don’t worry if you’ve forgotten your password, just click the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link and we’ll send you an email to reset it.

If you haven’t registered yet, click here and we’ll guide you through the registration process.

What do I need to be able to make a claim?

Simply ask your practitioner for a full receipt that includes your name, the date of payment, the practitioner’s information and details of the goods/treatment/services received.

Make sure the receipt shows the amount you’ve paid in full as we don’t accept invoices or credit/debit cards receipts without a supporting full detailed receipt. Remember you have 26 weeks from the date on your receipt to make any claim.

How do I make a claim?

Claiming has never been easier. You can now submit all claims online or on the app, which is the quickest way to get your money back.

Just log into your My Westfield account and upload an image/file of your receipt. If the claim is payable, you’ll receive payment into your chosen bank or building society account within 3-5 working days.

Alternatively, you can request a claim form from us, or if you have access to a printer, download one from My Westfield and post it in with your receipt to our address:

How do I download a claim form?

Sign in to your My Westfield account, then on your dashboard click ‘View your plan documents’.

What benefits does my plan offer?

You can find all of your plan details, including information about health and wellbeing services by logging on to westfieldhealth.com and going to the My Westfield area.

Your policy might include more than you think!

Many of our cash plans offer services like the 24-hour Advice and Information Line and round the clock telephone advice from a GP through DoctorLine.

You could even see your money go further with discount and cashback offers on Westfield Rewards, our exclusive rewards website. It provides access to special offers from hundreds of leading online and high street retailers, restaurants, travel companies and destinations. How do I change my level of cover?

If you’re thinking of upgrading or downgrading your level of cover, give us a call on 0114 250 2000. Alternatively fill out the contact us form on our website and we’ll get back to you with all the details you need.
